"Most leadership teams recognise that having more women in leadership matters for business performance. But it can feel like too big a problem to solve; there are a lot of things you could be doing, and it’s hard to know where to focus."

I facilitate strategy sessions with your senior leaders to identify the specific barriers preventing women from advancing into leadership in your organisation and develop a clear action plan to address them.

My Signature Workshop

Build Your Inclusive Leadership Strategy

A 4-hour workshop to identify the barriers holding women back from leadership in your workplace and co-create real change.

This strategy session helps senior leaders identify the specific barriers preventing women from advancing into leadership in their organisation and develop a clear action plan to address them.

Drawing from nearly a decade of research into what actually works – including my Four Factors for Women ® research, this session combines insights with facilitated discussion to help your leadership team understand your context, recognise your role in creating change, and identify where to focus your efforts for maximum impact.

What we’ll work through in this session:

  • Identify your organisation’s barriers. Explore where women drop off in your leadership pipeline and what might be driving this. We’ll surface the hidden biases and systemic practices in your workplace.
  • Understand what my unique Four Factors for Women ® research reveals about what actually works. Learn what organisations who’ve successfully closed their gender leadership gaps did differently. Get insight into where you can focus for maximum impact.
  • Recognise your personal leadership power. Explore how you currently use your power as leaders and what you could do differently to create more inclusive teams.
  • Build psychological safety. Understand what creates environments where diverse voices are genuinely heard and valued. Get practical tools to create this in your own teams.
  • Create your action plan. Leave with clear next steps tailored to your organisation’s context and priorities.

Who this is for:

This session is designed for Senior leadership teams and People & Culture professionals who are ready to move from awareness to action.

“Amanda created a truly safe and open space for reflection — something that’s often rare, especially in more traditional or hierarchical industries. What really stood out was her ability to weave together solid research, powerful personal storytelling, and practical tools. This wasn't just another diversity conversation — it was an invitation to rethink what inclusive leadership really looks and feels like, and how we can meaningfully embed it in our teams and organisations. Amanda’s authenticity, clarity, and warmth made complex topics feel accessible and actionable. I walked away not only more aware, but also empowered to lead in a way that genuinely makes space for others to thrive."
